After firing a Friday 69 for the halfway lead of 140, Sam Snead cools off in the locker room with a cup of ice water. He is in his sports attire and wearing a hat. He is shown seated on a bench, holding a water-jug and a paper-cup. There are lockers behind him. There is a clothes-hanger hanging by the ventilator in the background. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, May 18, 1946.
