Description
At the end of their first train ride, six fourth-graders from Arlington, Texas had another thrill in store when they visited the Forest Park Zoo and had a first glimpse of real, live alligators. Left to right are Patricia Dennis, Charles Earls, William Farley, Ronald Marlow, Eldridge Ballard and Bob Curlee. The children are sitting on the rocky fence as they watch alligators in action. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, May 17, 1946.
