Tom J. Brown, right, and Charles F. Roeser at a dinner for the Texas Christian University (TCU) expansion campaign. Mr. Brown pledged $200,000 to the $3,000,000 expansion campaign. With him is Charles F. Roeser, chairman of the building campaign. The men are sitting at a table and looking at a document that Mr. Roeser is holding. Both men are wearing suits and have on spectacles. On the table are plates, bowls, cups and utensils. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, May 14, 1946.
