    Shown here is a copy of a painting by Jimmy Bryant. Jimmy, 10, is a fourth-grade student at west Van Zandt School. This water color painting is typical of the work to be shown in the annual children's art exhibition which opens in the gallery of the Public Library. The subject of the painting is a car with an American Flag in the front about to drown in water. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, May 12, 1946.
