Description
A life long membership in the State Congress of Parents and Teachers is presented to Miss Millicent Keeble, right, principal of Lily B. Clayton Elementary School, by Mrs. Mal Rumph, left, at a meeting at the school. Both women are shown standing in front of a stage. Miss Keeble is dressed in a button-up coat and a skirt. Mrs. Rumph is the outgoing president of school P-TA. She is wearing a dress with floral print, eyeglasses, and a hair brand embellished with flowers. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, May 12, 1946.
