Tennis player Arthur Hoera receiving congratulations from his coach Jack Billingsley after beating Amon Carter Riverside's Jack Scott in a Junior High tennis tournament. Mr. Billingsley and Mr. Hoera are standing outside and shaking hands. Mr. Hoera is wearing a sleeveless shirt and shorts and is holding a tennis racket. Mr. Billingsley is wearing a suit and tie.
