Description
Technical Sergeant Bernie Johnson, of the United States Army, received his discharge after serving for over two years. He is shown sitting, smiling and wearing his military uniform. While serving, he operated a bulldozer with an engineer battalion on two river crossings in Germany. He is a graduate of Paschal High School and the son of Mr. and Mrs. M. E. Johnson, 1024 E. Baltimore. He plans to return to his former job as a heavy machine operator with the Texas Bitulithic Company. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, May 10, 1946.
