At the 6th annual Everman School homecoming, the oldest Everman resident, J. D. Squires, 84, is holding on his lap 4-month-old William Vernon Wilson Junior, son of Mr. and Mrs. W. V. Wilson, the youngest attendee at the homecoming. Mr. Squires has farmed in Everman for 57 years. An unidentified woman is sitting to the right of Mr. Squires. Mr. Squires is wearing a dark colored suit and necktie and a light colored hat. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, May 6, 1946.
