Motorcycle Officer Curtis, left, surrounded by Bertram High School senior class officers Elizabeth (Kookie) Manley, vice president, Norma Kirkpatrick, secretary-treasurer, Thaddis Box, reporter, and John Henry McCoy, president. Officer Curtis escorted the school bus to Hotel Texas when the Bertram High School senior class visited Fort Worth, Texas for a two-day "senior day" trip. Behind them is the school bus and a building with the word "Magnolia" at the top. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, May 3, 1946.
