Scott I. McConnell is testing out the railroad facilities in preparation for the Moslah Temple Shriners special train which will roll into East Texas. Mr. McConnell will be the transportation manager for the train which will stop at Kilgore, Texas, Longview, Texas, and Shreveport, Louisiana. Mr. McConnell is wearing a double breasted suit and a Moslah fez hat.
