Robert Joe Woodson, five-year-old son of Mrs. R. C. Woodson, donated five dollars to the Forest Park Zoo Baby Hippo Fund. Robert donated the money to help Forest Park reach it's fundraising goal to get a hippo in the zoo. Robert is sitting in a chair and wearing a button up shirt and suspenders. Published in The Fort Worth Star-Telegram Morning Edition May 2, 1946.
