Description

Mrs. G. A. Huskey, wife of an assistant foreman on a Fort Worth and Denver City Railway Company section gang, is an advocate of municipal cleanliness and beautification. She is pictured here at work among the zinnias just coming up in a flower bed in front of the bunkhouse, formerly a passenger coach, she and her husband occupy in the freight yards of the Burlington Lines. In this picture, she is wearing a knee length dress and is holding a gardening tool. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, May 8, 1946.
