Description
Photographers are told shortages of materials due to last another year. The shortage of photographic materials is expected to last another year, due to continual heavy demand by the military and public health services and lack of manpower and adequate production facilities at the factories. That assessment of the present materials situation was given by factory representatives of three major supply houses Monday to delegates attending the opening sessions of the annual joint convention of the Southwestern and Texas Professional Photographers Association at Hotel Texas. Photograph of Morton Harvey, San Francisco, California of the War Manpower Commission seated on a wooden box. He attended the convention.
