Captain Jack Chilcoat, right, is presenting the Degree of Chevalier to Weldon Lee Wallace, center, in recognition of outstanding DeMolay work. Vance Hendricks, left, is receiver of the order's highest personal award, the representative DeMolay Award. He is a student at Paschal High School. The ceremony was held in Arlington Heights Masonic Temple. Mr. Hendricks is wearing a suit and has a medal pinned to his lapel. Mr. Wallace is dressed in a double breasted suit with medal around his neck. Captain Chilcoat is wearing his military uniform.
