Polytechnic High School baseball player Dub Kelly is on a baseball field at home plate swinging a bat. An umpire is crouched behind Mr. Kelly with his arms stretched out, and another umpire is standing to the left of him with his hands on his hips. Mr. Kelly will be the first player to bat in the upcoming game at Amon Carter Riverside High School. Published in The Fort Worth Star-Telegram Morning Edition May 7, 1946.
