What makes it go? Little Yvonne Florida and W.T. Rufner, learn about servicing trains from Jack Sparks, a T&P Railroad employee. The children were part of a group of children from Bedford School who were on a school field trip. Photograph shows Mr. Sparks, dressed in overalls and cap standing next to a male and female child. The male child is dressed in western attire and wearing a western hat. The little girl is wearing a vest and skirt ensemble. Mr. Sparks is performing some kind of service on the train. Published in The Fort Worth Star-Telegram Evening Edition April 26, 1946.
