Fort Worth, Texas is hosting the "Platter Preview Party", a chance to preview the latest recordings by the nation's top bands. The party will be held Saturday at Will Rogers Memorial Coliseum and is sponsored by General Electric Company. In attendance, left to right, are Joseph J. Hardie and R. J. Kelly. They are publishers of Band Leader Magazine. The parties have previously been held in New York, where teenagers preview the music without identification, and vote on their favorites. Mr. Hardie is dressed in a three-piece suit. Mr. Kelly is wearing a double breasted suit.
