The Police Benevolent Association is holding a meeting to elect officers, Friday at City Hall. In attendance, left to right, are Richard E. Tarvin, Mrs. Anne Leewright, and Elmer Howard. Traffic Captain Tarvin is the newly elected president of the association. He is dressed in a collared shirt, necktie, trousers, and his police badge. Mrs. Leewright is the secretary treasurer. She is wearing a hat and a floral dress belted at the waist. Mr. Howard is the vice president. He is wearing a collared shirt, necktie, tie clip, and trousers. The group is shown standing in front of an American flag.
