W. H. Lucas is a candidate for Congress. He resigned from his position as a United States district attorney to run for Congress from the 12th District. He was born in Grapevine, Texas on May 1, 1908 as the son of Eunice Baumgardner Lucas and Wingate H. Lucas. Mr. Lucas is a military veteran and served in the European Theater. He is sitting on a chair, dressed in a suit.
