    Description

    A luncheon for Fort Worth insurance buyers is being held at the Hotel Texas. Attendants are discussing the drastic increase in automobile accidents over the past year. According to President Harry Truman, insurance rates will increased beginning in May. Attending the luncheon, left to right are Joe P. Gibbs and Marvin Hall. Mr. Gibbs is a state insurance commissioner from Austin Texas. He is dressed in a striped suit. Mr. Hall is another commission member. He is wearing a double breasted suit.
