Mrs. J. Dow Johnson, at 88 years old, is Everman, Texas', oldest resident. She is discussing plans for the annual homecoming and reunion to be held at the Everman School with B. C. Goodwin, school superintendent. Mrs. Johnson is sitting in a rocking chair wearing a polka dot dress with a shawl around her shoulders. Mr. Goodwin is sitting on the chair next to her. He is dressed in a pinstripe suit. In the background, there is a dresser with a mirror. A woman's reflection is visible in the mirror.
