Description
Texas League All-Star Game is being held at LaGrave Field in Fort Worth, Texas. The Northern Division is taking on the Southern Division. Representing the South are left to right, Bob Muncrief and Eddie Dyer. Muncrief is a twenty-four year old right-handed pitcher with the San Antonio Missions. Dyer is the forty year old manager of the Houston Buffaloes. Moncrief went on to be an All-Star with the St. Louis Browns in 1944. He also pitched for the Cleveland Indians during their 1948 World Series. Dyer managed the St. Louis Cardinals from 1946-1950.
