Description
William Walter Shipp is reuniting with his daughter Mrs. Ethel Goodman after thirty-six years apart. Mr. Shipp and separated from his wife when their daughter was six months old. Mrs. Goodman is a medical technician, fifth grade in the Women's Army Corps (W. A. C.). She has spent years looking for her father and found him by accident while on leave in Fort Worth, Texas. Mr. Shipp is a veteran of the Spanish American War. He is employed as a painter at the Ward Motor Company. Mr Shipp is dressed in a side cap, collared shirt, necktie, jacket, and trousers.
