The Kiwanis Club is assisting cadets with their air training. Pictured left to right, are Frank Culver, H. N. Hale, and Lieutenant Robert Gossett Junior. Mr. Culver is handing Lieutenant Gossett a twenty-five dollar check loaned by the club. The check will pay the lieutenant's tuition for training with the Civil Air Patrol. Mr. Culver is president of the Kiwanis Club. He is dressed in a three-piece suit. Mr. Hale is the instructor at the Texas Christian University Airport. He has been selected to train the cadet. He is wearing a suit. Lieutenant Gossett is dressed in a military uniform.
