Description
George Kemble, of Arlington Heights High School, is one of the most improved athletes in the city. He runs the low and high hurdles for the Yellow Jacket team. In his first meet, he finished with a time of 19 seconds. He has since shaved his hurdle time down to 16 seconds. Kemble is shown standing outside, dressed in a t-shirt and jeans.
