Who's on first? For the Fort Worth Cats, it's Lou Rusher. The six-foot-two, 205 pound southpaw has no trouble stretching for a high throw as he beat the runner by a step. Mr. Rusher is wearing his baseball uniform with a cap, stirrups, and cleats. Number 25 is on the opposing team, running to first base.
