    Description

    Major James K. Taylor (left) has been named senior instructor of the Fort Worth Military District of the Texas Military Area. On his staff is Corporal William H. Keller (right). The men are shown standing in front of a wall, in an at-ease stance. They are dressed in their military uniforms. Major Taylor will handle the administration and training of officers and enlisted members of the organized reserves. Corporal Keller, 24, served six years with the United States Army.
