Description

Members of the Big Four Brotherhood of railroad employees are meeting to draft a legislative program. Representing the Brotherhood, left to right, standing, are W. H. Savage and H. L. Reynolds. Seated are J. R. Erwin and W. H. Reed. Mr. Savage, of Sanderson, Texas, is dressed in a dark suit. Mr. Reynolds, of Amarillo, Texas, is wearing a pinstripe suit. Mr. Erwin, of Austin, Texas, is dressed in a light suit. Mr. Reed, of Houston, Texas, is wearing a thinly striped suit.
