Description

Image shows winter came to Texas in the form of sleet and snow. The photograph shows a Sunday scene at Trinity Park, where the tree branches are covered in a silvery glaze. The glistening ice crystals look more like Christmas decorations. An unidentified building and garden hedges. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition January 8, 1940.
