    Description

Mrs. W. D. Hudspeth is a newlywed bride from Scotland. While traveling through Texas, west of Benbrook, Mrs. Hudspeth saw her first field of Bluebonnets. She is shown sitting in a field with the state flower. She wound her hair and filled her hands with the fragrant blossoms, which reminded her of bluebells in Scotland. Mrs. Hudspeth is wearing a button-up blouse and a skirt. She and her husband are living in Cleburne, Texas.
