Description
The Fort Worth Cats, a minor league affiliate of the Brooklyn Dodgers, are preparing for the upcoming 1946 season. A late addition to the Spring Training roster is Catcher George Pfister. He is joining the Cats a week before opening day. Manager Ray Hayworth expects Pfister to be a key player in the Texas League race. Pfister is shown catching a foul ball during practice. He is dressed in a baseball uniform and catcher's gear.
