    Description

    The owners of the Handley Airport, left to right, are Paul Allen and W. C. Johnson Junior. Mr. Allen, pictured in the cockpit, flies the planes while Mr. Johnson fixes them. Mr. Allen was a flight and ground school instructor for the Army Air Force during the war. He is wearing a dress shirt, necktie, and trousers. Mr. Johnson served fort-two months with the United States Navy. He is dressed in a button-up shirt and striped trousers.
