The Fort Worth Army Air Field (FWAAF) is hosting an open house program for Army Day. Attending a dinner at the Hotel Texas, left to right, are Homer Covey, Lieutenant General George E. Startemeyer, Mayor Roscoe Carnrike, and Colonel John G. Eriksen. Mr. Covey is the president of the Chamber of Commerce. He is wearing a double breasted suit with a bow tie. General Startemeyer is the commanding general of the Defense Air Forces. He is dressed in a military uniform. Mayor Carnrike is the mayor of Fort Worth, Texas. He is wearing a suit. Colonel Eriksen is the commanding officer of the FWAAF. He is dressed in a military uniform.
