The National Livestock Producers Association is meeting Thursday night in Fort Worth, Texas. In attendance, left to right, are G. R. White and Dick Arnett Junior. Mr. White, of Brady, Texas, is dressed in a double breasted pinstripe suit. Mr. Arnett, of Kansas City, Missouri, is wearing a double breasted suit. The men both formally and informally tackled questions regarding the meat shortage.
