Description

The Arlington Community Fair is opening Wednesday night at Arlington Downs horse-racing track. In attendance, left to right, are J. J. Blackwell and Jack B. Cherry. Mr. Blackwell is president of the sponsoring Arlington Lions Club. He is ordering a bottle of soda and a hot dog. He is wearing a dress shirt, necktie, trousers, and a lei. Mr. Cherry is the fair committee chairman. He is wearing a button-up shirt with cuffed sleeves and a lei.
