Description

The Arlington Community Fair is opening Wednesday night at Arlington Downs horse-racing track. In attendance, left to right, are Charles E. Brown and Miss Virginia Bennett. They are inspecting a new automobile model on display at the fair. Mr. Brown is a graduate of North Texas Agricultural College (N. T. A. C.) in Arlington, Texas. He is dressed in a collared shirt and trousers. Miss Bennett is a current N. T. A. C. student. She is wearing a button-up blouse, skirt, and a pearl necklace.
