Description
Captain J. M. Hester, of fire station number 13, is standing beside an 18,000-pound triple combination firetruck. The modern firetruck is a stark contrast to the vintage horse drawn vehicles that were used during Fort Worth, Texas', most disastrous fire. The 1909 blaze caused two-million dollars of damage. Captain Hester is dressed in a peak cap, button-up shirt, and trousers.
