The amateur baseball league in Fort Worth, Texas will soon open their 1946 season. Two of the young stars of the Texas Motors, left to right, are Mike Barbolla and Rom Orgain. Barbolla is a right-handed pitcher. Orgain is a star outfielder and the team captain. The players are shown kneeling on the field, dressed in their baseball uniforms.
