A track meet is being held at Farrington Field in Fort Worth, Texas, Saturday afternoon. Competing in the high jump for Handley High School is Edwin Johnson. He set a new 11-A junior high record in the high jump with a leap of 5 feet, 3-and-one-quarter inches. Johnson is shown drinking from a water fountain after the record breaking jump. He is dressed in a t-shirt with his school insignia and shorts.
