Description
A track meet is being held at Farrington Field in Fort Worth, Texas, Saturday afternoon. Competing in the District 11-A hurdles, left to right, are Richard Opperman (Masonic Home and School), Melvin Shepherd (Diamond Hill High School), Joe Kemp (Masonic Home), Rod Inman (Birdville High School), and Bill Pair (Grapevine High School). Kemp is shown taking a slight lead over the first hurdle. He went on to win the 120-yard event, bringing home the trophy for the Masons.
