The West Texas and Central Texas Oil and Gas Company is meeting at the Wooten Hotel in Abilene, Texas. They are discussing plans to bring their organization back to a pre-war membership of 2,000. During the meeting, Jack B. Robert was elected president. He announced plans for rebuilding the organization. He is shown leaning against a wall, dressed in a double breasted pinstripe suit.
