Description

J. Sam Brandy is the new president and general manager of the Texas Wholesale Candy & Tobacco Company in Fort Worth, Texas. Mr. Brandy previously managed the local Nelms Wholesale Company branch, which was purchased by a group of Fort Worth investors. They changed the store's name to the Texas Wholesale Candy and Tobacco Company. Mr. Brandy is shown standing against a wall, dressed in a double breasted suit.
