S. K. Ash is the newly elected president of the Oak Crest Civic League. Ash was elected Tuesday night, succeeding W. A. E. Woods, out-going president. Mr. Ash's term began with a new system of garbage collection in the Oak Crest area. He is shown standing against a wall, wearing a hat and a three-piece pinstripe suit.
