The two men appear to be in the midst of a discussion about refiner problems during the 34th annual meeting of the association. Mr. Mayhall is wearing a dark, double-breasted suit while his companion wears a lighter colored suit and vest. Mr. Fisher is also holding up a rolled up pamphlet in his right hand.
