    Miss Elsa Perez-Castaneda, a native of Mexico, is working in the petroleum refining field. She is one of the few women specializing in her particular line of endeavor. She works for the Phillips Petroleum Company as an engineering and operations analyst in the field of catalytic cracking. Miss Perez-Castaneda graduated from Pennsylvania State College in 1943 with a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering. She is sitting on a couch, dressed in a lacy blouse, blazer, and a skirt.
