Track Meet. Front to rear: J.W Morris, Henry Emery, Gaylen Cowley and Bill Pair, all of Grapevine, Texas. The group of four are Grapevine's winning 440-yard relay team in the 11-A track meet that took place at Farrington Field. The young men are shown standing behind each other with their chin resting on top of the head of whoever is in front of them. Mr. Morris is kneeling and holding a small pipe at the front of the pack while Mr. Pair stands at the back. The team is shirtless and wearing only track shorts and their track shoes. Behind them, the bleachers can be seen. Each boy is making a different facial expression.
