    Woman's Society of Christian Service. Left to right: Mrs. Joel Hooper of Lorena, Texas; Mrs. B. B. Wedemeyer of Waco, Texas; Mrs. Hal Cherry of Fort Worth, Texas; and Mrs. R. M. Orgain of Waco, Texas. These women are the new officers of the Woman's Society of Christian Service in the Central Texas Conference of the Methodist Church in Hilsboro, Texas. The four women are shown smiling and conversing as they stand around a podium. Each of them are dressed in long, dark dresses except for Mrs. Wedemeyer who is wearing a white, patterned dress, A wooden table and chair can be seen next to the group.
