Water meter register school. W. A. Bandy of Texas Agriculture & Mechanics (center|| W. E. Sealy of Lamesa, Texas (left) and Robert M. Stell of Colorado City, Colorado. Mr. Bandy is shown pointing something out to his two pupils, Sealy and Stell. Mr. Bandy is using a screwdriver on a water meter register while the other two look on. Mr. Sealy is wearing a brimmed hat and a dark vest while Mr. Stell is wearing a buttoned up shirt and an apron. In front of them is a table that has a few other pieces of machinery resting on it. Behind them, other men can be seen working on various projects.
