Description
Clipping reads: "It's stock show time! Beating out the show call for the Pecos County 4-H Club boys at the Southwestern Exposition and Fat Stock Show Friday was 11-year-old Larry Powell of Iraan, Texas." The young boy is perched on the top rail of an 8 foot fence. His gong was an iron spider frying pan and the beater a butcher knife. He's wearing jeans, a jacket, and a cowboy hat.
