Description
The Fort Worth Cats, a minor league affiliate of the Brooklyn Dodgers, are preparing for the upcoming 1946 season. The Cats roster is at sixty-three to begin Spring Training in Decatur, Texas. Manager Ray Hayworth, extreme left, is giving instructs to the Cats before their first practice of the spring. The players are dressed in their baseball uniforms. Hayworth is wearing a hat and a pinstripe suit.
